OAuth2 Authentication -- To obtain Client Credentials Flow Access Token

This method allows users to submit RETS UserID and Password (as Client ID and Client Secret) in order to get the Access Token to Query OData Web API service

The retrieved Access Token will not contain any member's attribute in the claims.
